We provide legal advice and representation on transactional, real estate, employee, corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and litigation matters, among others.  We also leverage our extensive network of subject matter experts to recruit and manage outside counsel for select legal specialties, such as tax and securities matters.  And because of our business and political acumen, our general counsel services have included providing strategic advice to Boards of Directors and executive leadership.
